We leased this BMW after it was 1 year old and we liked it so much we bought it after the lease. We have used it lightly 5,000 miles/year and it has never had any major problems. Replaced tires, brakes, alternator, but thats about it. Heated seats. 8-way seat control for driver and passenger.
