Condition: Very good inside and out with all systems working. Well-kept and well-maintained coach. Complete maintenance check-up at Oregon Monaco repair center on January 21-25, 2008 (mileage was 38,856). Included work was: (1) complete transmission service (check entire system and drain and replace fluid), (2) Complete brake inspection and drain and replace brake fluid, test drive and found all systems good, (3) did complete LP gas safety check. Other work done previously: All new tires in 2007. All brake calipers and disc pads new in 2007. Front wheel bearings packed in 2007. All recall notices were complied with (have documentation). All features and systems on this RV in working order. When not on the road (usually a month a year or less), it is housed in my large heated shop.
