2003 Mazda MX-5 LS Miata Convertible with 22,989 Miles
The Mazda MX-5 is a lightweight two-passenger roadster manufactured and marketed by Mazda with a front mid-engine, rear wheel drive layout. The convertible is marketed as the Mazda MX-5 Miata in North America where it is widely known as the Miata. The MX-5 debuted in 1989 and its first generation (1989 – 1997) sold over 400,000 units. The second generation was introduced in 1999 with a slight increase in engine power and is recognized by the fixed headlights and the glass rear window. With an approximate 50:50 front/rear weight balance, the car has nearly neutral handling. Inducing oversteer is easy and very controllable, thus making the MX-5 a popular choice for amateur and stock racing. Not only that but it has won more awards than any other car currently on the market including Car and Driver Magazine’s annual 10 Best list 17 times. This particular example is a 3 owner car that currently has just 22,989 original miles. It was factory optioned with silver paint, a black top, a black interior, an automatic transmission and the LS package. The LS model is nicely equipped with aluminum rims, a premium sound system with CD & cassette players, power everything, cruise control, fog lights, A/C and a Nardi Torino steering wheel. It has also been upgraded with a 4 piece body kit, custom graphics, a front end bra and comes with a custom fit car cover. It has been serviced annually and received a new battery just a few months ago. Everything is in perfect working order as should be expected. We have priced this beauty as if it had average mileage so if you like what you see you better pick up the phone before someone else beats you to it!
